Our vision is to create a thriving community where wellness and fitness are accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstance. It has been proven that through lifestyle changes and a dedicated wellness routine, the impact of chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and stress can be significantly reduced. We aim to be a beacon of holistic health, providing programs that nurture the body, mind, and spirit, empowering individuals to take control of their well-being and live their fullest lives.

The Holistic Wellness Series is dedicated to breaking down barriers to wellness and fitness by offering accessible, culturally relevant programs that meet the unique needs of our community. Rooted in Tiah's upbringing in the South Bronx, our mission is to give back to the neighborhood that shaped her, empowering every individual to level up their own valuable energy (L.O.V.E) through holistic practices. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can embrace a healthier lifestyle, enhance their mental and physical well-being, and build a stronger, more resilient community.
